Jan-Willem Boots is a hobby history buff, and a professional innovation team leader in the field of life sciences and biotechnology.
Hobby wise he started with the WRG 1685 – 1845 set after having read an article in the KIJK of april 1980; recently he found that very KIJK issue again at a garage sale and bought it for, with hindsight, way to less money, at least he didn’t negotiate. Today his main field of interest ranges from ancient times until the napoleonic era.
Professionally he was, is and will be working on breakthrough innovations and on the continuous improvements of both innovation project and portfolio management. He is also an active member of the PDMA-NL (www.pdma.nl, Product Development Management Association).
For his beginner level blogging he finds the latest iPads insufficiently improved, excepting the camera, and so is still using his trusted iPad 2.
